Family Commitment Acknowledgment

Future Stars Athletics is a developmental track and field program that requires commitment from both athletes and their families.

By submitting this inquiry form, you acknowledge that:

Participation in Future Stars Athletics requires a full-season commitment from both the athlete and their family. A Full season is April to the last week of July or first week of August depending on the Junior Olympics date.
Parents and guardians are expected to support the program through volunteer service during the season, including assisting at practices, meets, or team events as needed.
Athletes and families agree to uphold the standards of sportsmanship, discipline, and respect that represent the values of Future Stars Athletics.
Future Stars Athletics may capture photos and video during practices, competitions, and team events for use in program promotion, social media, website content, and marketing materials.
