Are children FREE?

Children 5 and under are free

Where do we park?

​

Parking is available on the backside of the school. The front lot is reserved for USATF - Officials. Parking is also available in the Clean & Care lot and throughout the community. Please be respectful of the homes within the neighborhood when you are parking.

What should we bring, can we bring a tent? ​

​

Team tents only will be permitted in Tennis Courts. Spectator tent area will be behind the concession stand building and in the grass by the walkway near the front parking lot. Signage will be placed in both areas to guide the teams and spectators. No tents or umbrellas are permitted in the stands. ​

​

Garbage Disposal

Mobile garbage boxes will be place in each tent area. Everyone is expected to clean up their area throughout the day and before leaving when the event has concluded. A representative from each team will be asked to sign in the team tent area. 

​

Restrooms

In addition to the restrooms inside the stadium, extra Porta Johns will be placed by each tent area.

Will there be food / concessions available? 

​

​Attendees can purchase food at the vendor truck that will be onsite and the hotdog stand. Snack and beverages will also be available for purchase throughout the day inside the stadium at the concession stand. Icey cups with a variety of flavors will also be available for purchase. We will have limited cash onsite please be prepared to pay via Zelle.

Where can we view the results?

What time do gates open?

The Stadium gates will open 7:30am

​

Can I buy tickets at the gate?

Admission is $5 online only.

Where do athletes register?

All athletes must register through Athletic.net.​
